I have this hole. In my case it seems like the entrance has torn a little bit. This is probably because I turn it inside out when I wash and dry it, though after seeing your video I'd expect it should be able to take being turned inside out no problem.
I know turning it inside out isn't the best idea, but I'm no too attached to this hole so I don't care much.

Anyway, I think it's has the tear for a while. It doesn't seem to be getting bigger, but I don't use this hole often at all. I've found it tricky to use and not that exciting or interesting feeling compared to the other holes I have.
