I would probably attempt to strike a deal with the Kappas or something since my stemfag background might be useful to them. I will live with and work for them in exchange for their protection and care, but this is assuming that I don't just get dragged into a river and assraped to death. Liberal application of cucumbers will be employed to increase the success rate
of this operaiton.
Alternatively the classic route is going to where english speakers are such as the SDM. Communication with Kosuzu should also not be a problem. Hakurei shrine itself should be safe but it's highly unlikely that Reimu would actually want anything to do with some weird funny looking guy who came out of nowhere.
