No, it's an obvious fact. It's not a good guide it isn't written well and requires too much effort for no good reason. That site is full of malware and stupidity both, absolutely any guide is better than his. If you truly wish to learn japanese i would recommend you to read the tatsumoto guide so you will reach true fluency level.
