Alright. About the OP and ED stuff: I'm not a big fan of the "uncentered" text in the OP at all. I don't like the text cutting into the names either, but I'd prefer it over having the text constantly switch positions. So here's my suggestion - make the Japanese text slightly smaller and put them ontop of each other. I think that looks really clean.
At the end of the day I'd like to leave it to typesetting-anon for now, whether or not to change anything for v1. Also typesetting anon, I'd already start to put in some lines and correct some timings, but I wouldn't wanna do that if you already started working on the typesetting.
