I don't know any moonrunes but I get the general theme.

Pg1: Rumia asks if it's okay to eat the faceless male, faceless male argues that he'll die if he's killed.
Pg2: Post-coitus talks, can't figure out more than that.
Pg3: Rumia is having pregnancy mood swings, likely makes a half-hearted threat that she'll eat the baby, faceless male does his best to appease her.
Pg4: First child of the pair running around, faceless male implies that he would like to make more children with Rumia.
Pg5: 2 more children get. Rumia is happy about being a mother now.
Pg6: Rumia now mentions that the relatively short time (for a youkai) she spent with the faceless male has been the best years of her life. Fin.
