To explain Ephtra, she has a 20 second cooldown infinite range true damage nuking skill that basically kills 8 things every time it fires. With Hot Springs Risley 60% cooldown reduction, it's an 8 second cooldown though other sources of cooldown reduction are decent enough. Combine with Leora autoskill to have nearly every map autocleared. For the new hardest maps, this setup is obligatory DPS.
