I think Reimus and Marisas are the only one with special types, you just get them from birthing but they're really rare. What I do is get a breeding pit and then fill an adult Marisa up with babies. It's a short amount of time till they birth and you get like 30 koyukkuris per birth so after like 10 minutes of doing this I had lots of aquatic and kotasu marisas I could sell for lots of money. This was on an old version though but the newest version still breeds the same I think.
