Are there even intellectuals in Gensokyo? The only ones I can think of that might bother reading her paper are the Yakumos and I'm pretty sure they'd see through her bullshit.

A few people read them. I'm sure many more read them very passively, because she writes the articles to be more interesting than truthful. Just because the protagonists aren't all faithful followers doesn't mean there aren't many tengu who probably read it, at least.

But you could also think of it this way; Even if nobody but her read it, she obviously likes doing it so, why would she stop?
