I did a test on an old onahole and wrapped the silicone tubing around it tightly and after 24 hours it left a mark, but for the 2h you'd be using it and it only loosely touching i doubt it would cause much harm.

That said, i still replaced it as it was a bit too soft to feel when its fed right to the back of the hole. I got a 4mm to 6mm adapter and a 10mm outer diameter PVC tube and with a smear of baby oil it slides right to the back of the holes with ease.
