Hahaha, no. Remilia is still a strong character just as how she is in IaMP as well. Her moves are harder to punish, and she now has better tools to keep you standing still for her (C bats).

Granted, it's still very possible to beat her but you need to be extremely patient and take advantage of the right moments. Just like in IaMP, I stay the hell away from her in close quarters unless I have priority.
