Her friendship level is zero and her danger level is high. I could go on with Yuugi hating people who talk behind people's backs, which Parsee actually does. She's a weak person and Yuugi dislikes weak people.

A relation ship with Parsee could work if you dedicate yourself enough to it. But given her personality this could degrade to violent bursts of jealousy (damn you for having your face turned at the same direction where another woman is) or obsessive behavior and emotional dependance.

Remember Parsee doesn't have any know friends and companion outside fandom, but her jealousy and relative isolation are also her charm. There is the chance you can attenuate her envious behavior with more contact outside her bridge guarding duties, which means taking her out to places and to know people and make friends.

TL;DR: A relation with Parsee can work, it just won't be easy.

Meilin is also fine piece of marriage material, if her friendliness and devotion are true.
