The whole thing with Dlanor to me felt like it was Erika wanting to vent at somebody about her backstory, and the easiest person available who she wasn't going against was her. If it wasn't for the final meta bit in EP8 I'd've thought their 'relationship' was completely unsalvageable after the raid on the Golden Land, but apparently they just made up afterwards.
Can't imagine it was a great friendship, with Erika constantly disappointing Dlanor with her rapid displays of cruelty all the time, then just making up afterwards because she looked a bit sad at her before being chucked into the eternal pit of fragments by Bern again.
