This one's teitoku's speech is kinda hard to explain. He is saying if you eat so much, your remodeled flight deck (that was uneasy/complicated to modernize) is going to turn back into three part flight deck. It's a reference to Akagi's pre-modernize flight deck where she had three short flight deck instead one straight long one.
