Oh I know that very well. The amount of people who F/GO and related T/M content is quite vast, after all. I understand that the direction Fate wend with within the last decade was appealing to a significant portion of the fanbase (along with bringing in many new Fatefags) and hey, good for them, and good for T/M for making all the money.
What I've been bitching about for all those years is just me being bitter about T/M focusing on the kind of stories and content that don't appeal to me personally; and that with the immense success of that direction the company has little reason to create the kind of content I liked.

My sister-wife, Akiha!
...in all honesty, I'll just state right now my position on it is probably coloured largely by my rose-tinted glasses, stemming from my middle school nostalgia for one of my first VN's.
What I remember most fondly from Tsukihime after the years is probably the atmosphere, especially in the far side routes. I remember being immensly pulled into it and staying up until morning on school days to get more into it. The tension present in the far side routes and the parts about a locked-in Shiki growing slowly insane were immensly enjoyable. Additionally I really liked the maids (Kohaku>Hisui) and of course Akiha is best girl (Ciel a shit, Arc is ok). Near Side routes were ok but I remember Far Side routes just being far more interesting and engaging.
I would also take a while to talk about the usage of Nasu's worldbuilding and lore. I simply believe that it's far more effective when used sparingly, to imply a larger, hidden fantasy world in an otherwise grounded setting. I really like the way it is handled in both Tsukihime and KnK (less so in F/SN but I like that VN mostly because of Shirou/Archer anyways), and the focus on the high concept fantasy stuff was one of my main gripes with F/GO with the very beginning (the more high concept fantasy Nasu's stuff gets, and the more it focuses on that part, the dumber it comes off as, at least to me). In Tsuki, the high-powerlevel magical stuff is still present, however it's used far more sparingly and doesn't take away focus from the characters.
