Can someone help fix my probably shit fleet for E-7 (kuso modo)?

I basically copied and modified to what I'm capable of, various videos of people clearing it on both easy and on hard, but I still can't figure out how to improve it so I can actually beat the boss.

My LBAS changes to all out attack when I'm running CTF, they can't reach when I'm going STF which is why there are as they are in the image.

Would you be able to tell me what is required for this? I just want to finish this map already so I can farm my resources for the next event or to actually play the game when this event is over already.
