I think Gura and Ina are the same person, it's just that Gura is her using a higher pitched voice while Ina is her using her default voice.
That would explain a lot of things. For one, Ina and Gura have never collaborated before. Why? Everyone else has done a collab, both together and individually. But Gura and Ina haven't yet. They don't even show up together to full group collabs, there is always one missing. It's odd, isn't it?
It would also explain how they can keep their energies so consistent without getting burned out. Ina is for when she wants to do chill streams, and Gura is for when she wants to be more active.
Isn't it suspicious that Ina and Gura get Ring Fit Adventure at the exact same time? And now they're the only two in HoloEN playing it?
And on top of all of that, there's the fact that they're both the only ones who have animated loading screens. They both did them themselves, too. That's unlikely, for both of them to understand how to both animate AND illustrate. It's hard to even do one, let alone the other.
Finally, the biggest piece of evidence is the Discord stuff we learned about during the ID debuts. Ame said that the "whole group" would watch the HoloID debuts together, but only Kiara, Ame and Ina were there. Mori, she's asleep, that's understandable. But Gura? She could've been awake and seeing it with them, too. But she wasn't. Why? Because she WAS there to see it with them, but not as "Gura." She went as "Ina," but since they're the same person, they both technically showed up.
