You seem to be be getting mad about something I didn't really say. Complete proteins, healthy fats and veggies = healthy diet, meat certainly HELPS with that especially on cost grounds but isn't actually necessary. Pic related, scooby1961, a /fit/ celebrity until some faggot doxed him, he's an aging vegetarian bodybuilder that still runs ironmans etc.

Strict vegan is really pushing it, though ... whey protein helps immensely if you're a vegetarian.
