Those are the mommyfags and yeah, they probably have issues. I think it's possible it might be those people who can't see Ran in anything other than a motherly capacity. It can be tolerable just as long they don't start talking babyshit and talking like they want to be pampered.

Fortunately we haven't had too much of that lately.
