Regardless, challenging her normally is an assured defeat. She drinks all the time and outdrinking an Oni is outside the feasibility of even the hardiest of humans.
I must find an unconventional way for her to fall.
What could make an Oni bend?

Perhaps ask for her hand in marriage! But I would have to fall and get on my knee first! I would need her to propose for that to work....
