A modernized 13 probably would had worked just fine for that spot. Sure it is still a paperboat but it was a paperboat that nips were actually planning to build, Then again Wargaming in general seems to be allergic to interesting shit, bong top tier is a boring not-Montana even though bongs had plenty of weird ideas about where to take their next gen battleships during WW2.
