I really wonder what the manga is gonna do with her, I'd like to think Tomato won't just have her walk around the village and then die.
Maybe she tries to help Mion before Mion really goes off the deep end, or maybe she gets locked in the dungeon this time instead, her body on top of the pile implies she died after Oryou/Kimiyoshi this time(and a bloody face might mean a different death).
Would be cool if Satoko manipulates both of them somehow, she can do that pretty easily considering her position with Shion.

There's enough changes in how things played out in manga watadamashi that the answer should change at least somewhat. No Shion antagonizing Mion despite sometimes keeping her past development, Satoko and Rika's disappearance happens at a different time(although Mion might still kill her after witch outburst), or the bodies in the well at the end where Shion's is on top and clearly bloody instead of death by strangling
