Canonwise, no. It doesn't say in the game.

Makes some vague sense that Hibachi, being designed specifically to take out commanders and all, would be effective against Nogiku who among Masamune's wives is one the most associated with military structure and chain of command. But it's just assumption.
Even if that was the case, it really makes no sense why you need Hibachi to bring down Nogiku but not the Takeda generals, who'd presumably be even more welcoming targets.
