this is not hidden information. Even if you don't play AoCF, Aya makes this point in Lotus Eaters too. Obviously Byakuren plays up how it's for training here and Aya is biased against buddhism anyway, but she's not wrong about it. I'm sure Byakuren does think it'll be good for their training, but there's a part of her that thinks it'll be good because she can push the chores off on others and that's the part that got amplified with her dream version
