lol, I don't think he wants to fuck him at least even if he thinks "Young Oji-san is cute". AU Tamamori specifically mentioned he "taught" things to Kaoru and felt like he corrupted him and the Shopkeeper had absolutely no interest him in that way. It still pretty much character assassination, though. (Tamamori suffers from it a bit too, but at least you can blame it on the insanity)

Really? I feel like Kawase would be the most jealous one. I can see Minakami putting up with it for a chance to be with him and by putting the other's happiness first. No way he would do it in his own route though, he's fine sharing his stories because he wants him to become a well recognized writer and he thinks they are great, but it's clear from the sex scene he wants his undivided attention when it comes to romance (And Tamamori of that route has no interest in anyone but his husbando). IIrc one of the JP exclusive short stories has them meeting Kawase again and long story short Kawase almost kills Minakami because he sees them kissing in the open when he goes back to Aizu.
It's a particular combination brought up by that route set-up, with Kawase having 60 years of feelings and memories from the Shopkeeper and Tamamori being romantically involved with him, but without cutting out Minakami from his life.

You get the shopkeeper? He keep shaving a special relationship with Minakami, but without realizing his real reasons for doing so.

Yeah, Kawase in particular loses quite a bit and becomes very lame. Definitely could have used a CG. Heck, even Hanazawa could have used the first one to show the impact of the violation.
