Well, the specs aren't all that much, but they're probably too much for that. I managed to run it okay on a laptop with a core 2 duo @ 2.4 GHz and a GT 120m (integrated RAMDAC). The graphics card literally died though, so I had to buy a new computer. The screenshot there is taken with the new computer, coincidentally.

Someone I played with at one point said something that caught my attention. There's one major city per continent. Each major city takes up an entire region, but the region has literally nothing in it except the city. No vegetation or monsters or anything to get in the way, really. He suggested that they might run invasion events there, or something. Which sounds pretty neat to me.
