Technically all hardcore porn is "illegal" but an official policy to not enforce possession exists, because at one point it technically was legalised so the laws contradict each other. Most fetishes like BDSM and lolibait are unambiguously illegal but, again simple possession is not enforced so even the most extreme JAV remains safe to pirate. To buy is not safe because enforcement even for very mild fetishes has precedents, I don't know about enforcement for vanilla and suppose it's unlikely, but wouldn't take the risk. However, softcore such as gravure should be completely legal if my understanding of the laws is correct. The laws are very confusing and have many contradictions and because the old laws remain effective, with time it becomes even more unclear. It's like this in many countries, isn't it?

Sir, porn is illegal in almost all countries except very western ones, yet even in most western countries restrictions for at least some fetishes exist. Despite knowing it contains some factual errors probably derived from the simple categorisation "legal", "restricted" and "illegal" which does not reflect the complexities of real laws and their practical enforcement, anyway I'll post pic related because it can serve a rough foundation for understanding how limited the legality of porn is.

Please note that as I won't dox my country or say which it's marked as or even if it's accurate or not, I know that if the colouration was based on the reality of enforcement, more countries should be yellow as "restricted" from both green and red. In some places where it's illegal, it may not be enforced unless it's in public, or different standards for possession and buying or selling or production exist, or for different fetishes or the form of media. Even in some places where it's legal, it can be used for "contextual evidence" if sexual crimes are committed. So, really what matters should be enforcement. If explicit laws against porn exist but are not enforced, that's better than if it's legal but enforcement attempts based on other laws happen. For me, where I live the situation regarding porn is ideal so far as reality ever can be expected to be: the official acknowledgement that possession is not to be enforced is good, and the ambiguity of contradicting laws makes attempts to begin enforcement difficult even when new laws are passed. Of course full legalisation should be the absolute ideal, however, in most countries this is impossible. Laws on porn and obscenity or such only ever get more restrictive.

Despite the illegality of JAV in most countries, it spreads around the world to be fkn enjoyed by sirs of all nationalities! Together we're united by cooming!

Based! Sometimes I do that, it's only a day or a weekend or such, a week at most, but it's an enjoyable part of a JAV lifestyle.
