tl;dr: enter into lottery then once you know you didn't win use proxy.

Long version:
Your first and best step is to enter into the after party lottery which will show up around the week of the 22nd. If money is not an issue, enter into both the international (jp site) and usa lottery.

The lottery page will actually show what date is when winners are emailed.
If you don't get an email that you won, you can find her on YJA and most will be marked as "new".
Moonland is actually pretty good about keeping dolls new because there's a real market for people who don't want to bother with the lottery.

Once you found the auctions, you need a proxy. All proxies work like this in one way or another

1. Deposit $$$$ to set your bid limit
2. Bid and win auction
3. Wait for seller to ship doll to proxy
4. Proxy sends you total bill for the transaction (it's normal for the buyer to pay for shipping fees. The auction will clearly state which party pays for shipping) plus your shipment choices to you
5. You decide on how its shipped to you and get final bill
6. your waifu gets shipped to you

FromJapan is a personal favorite as they're the cheapest out of the current choices. Especially if you buy expensive items and wire money instead of using credit. For your purchase, I would stick with credit to keep things simple.
