A large tpe torso does the trick. If none can be found look for the glass sand filling used in weighted blankets.

I actually had a plush with big weighted plush breasts that bounced. It was quite nice.

Eyelids are a pretty popular mod although they typically require embroidery, magnets, or light adhesive to make work. Lots of pony makers use metallic fabrics to get sparkly eyeshadow

In the past I have just drawn them on lightly adhesive sticker paper and they are good enough for a bit of fun and photography.
