Okina would want you completely obedient and thankful that you're allowed to lick the boots of the secret God that she is. She'd want you to have just enough free will to slightly resist or feel discomfort if she decides to molest you while praising you for your good work, because that's what's most thrilling to her. A feeling of subdued opposition for an otherwise hopeless servant.
That being said, she's not all about degrading you. You can still be expected to move her around, whether it be by her wheelchair, or by princess carrying her around. She can move on her own through various means, but it's a lot more fun when you do it, especially if she can feel your struggle to hold her rather generous figure, and keep a straight face while doing so, turmoiled by a fear of messing up she would ingrain inside of you, and perhaps a bit of lust as well.
Truly, Okina just has a through understanding & appreciation for the struggles she'll put you through. Doesn't mean she'll be any more compasssionate towards you, at least on the surface. She knows your limits, and you're a rather precious, finite ressource. It's quite a balancing act for both her & you, but one's thing for sure, engaging with Okina will eventually mean you'll belong to her.
