I don't know about their morale since we can't see them but fatigue does exist >>12685874, you girl name will turn red and there's an alert on main page as well.

When this happens it seemed like you won't be able to go out sortie at all and have to wait for a while. There of course have a pillow icon available on the organization page to remove fatigue but I never use them yet, just wait a 10 minutes or use another party.
