Basically the piece of shit curseslings at Touhou characters. For whatever reason, I made a thread on /jp/ posting his shitty art of Yuyuko, while an anon, who I thought was probably him, posted normal Yuyuko art alongside me, mixing it up with his own shit.

In a classroom. Yukari is sitting at a picnic table with a lunch box on top, while a guy, I figure Altaar/Blacktan/"Thanos"/etc, was sitting on the other side.
