Can someone call moot and ask him to perma ban the fucker who keeps reposting the flan image with no text? It is seriously obnoxious.

Can someone explain why that guy got banned for \ ar tonelico thread spam but some other guy spamming "PLEASE RESPOND!!!" in almost every thread hasn't?

In order to reduce shitposting on this board, i recommend we replace Meido with The Punisher.

When a shitpost is detected, he will trace the IP of the shitposter. Using 4chan donation money, he will then fly to the shitposter's location and ban him. From real life. Within the first week, 90% of the trip and avatar fags will be gone for good. In 2 weeks, suddenly 90% of the /jp/ front page will NOT be soley comprised of shitposts and forced meme attempts will not last beyond 48 hours.

The ideal candidate will be a disillusioned, ex-special forces member suffering from PTSD and possibly alcoholism. He will also browse /k/ on a daily basis and constantly tell everyone else that "you don't know man, you don't know what it was like there!". He will view shitposting as the enemy that must be eradicated at all costs. He will already have a taticool AR15 at bare minimum.
