What would you consider to be the core or major elements of MGE's setting that might need to be explained? As in, stuff that would be necessary to know on an entry level. So not stuff like "Can people watch the demon lord give birth" but things like

"Why there are only monster girls and not Monster Boys"
"Who the Demon Lord is"
"What is the Order?"

That kind of stuff. Things a newcomer might ask or need explained to them.
