I missed the end, shame on me.
I've been using another ENB for the first half of the run. During the gang wars the game run pretty well, but there was two times where my FPS dropped like <10 FPS. Dunno if was due the ENB or for another reason. Since I had a similar problem after uninstalling.
Also it looks like this ENB doesn't like custom painjobs since the colors, i.e pic related.

I expected the gang wars on SF would be more exciting, going to LS for getting weapons to use on SF ended up being a bother after a while, and no weapon shops nearby in SF.
