Unfortunately he doesn't sell it online. He prints it occasionally and sets up a small doujin stall in local events to sell the book. From what I remember reading on his Twitter was that the book is a brief introductory text on the history of Matarajin (in Japan) and an overview on the shrines he's worshipped in. He made another book that's just basically a travel bucket list about shrines that worship Matarajin all around Japan
