Not really besides that PVA II stick. Here's what I use for cleaning and drying if you want a list (pic related, also I only have onaholes, not hips, torsos or dolls, so keep that in mind):
>vaginal douche/shower
gets used 100% of the time
>PVA II stick
gets used 100% of the time for first pass of drying
>sponge tip sticks
one or two get used 100% of the time for a second pass of drying
>two normal diatomaceous drying sticks
one gets used 100% of the time for final pass of drying, the other gets used I'd say about 25% of the time when there's some moisture left after using the first one
>big microfiber cloth
like the ones used to clean cars, gets used 100% of the time to dry the exterior/entrance
>small microfiber cloth
think the ones you use for glasses, gets used rarely, usually to clean chambers inside bigger holes
>titanium stainless chopsticks
used to push the small microfiber cloth deeper into the hole and has a round tip and is very light, gets used whenever the small microfiber cloth gets used (rarely)
Some people might think this is too much, some people might think it's too little, but it works. Been using these things for over a year now without any issues whatsoever. Proper drying is as essential if not more essential than getting all the goop out.
