>So, what is the plot?
Monster Farmer 2 is pretty simple in its execution.

The basic flow is

Find recipes/things that need fixing on the farm --> get mamanos to accompany you in the forest --> fight off feral monsters hunting for seeds/ingredients/etc. --> Go back to the farm and plant seeds/cook food/mix items --> Mamanos you win over on your travels will accompany you back to the farm and sell items/help you fix things

I'm keeping it simple for now. Or at least, that's simple to me.

When I'm done with MF2 I'll probably take a break doing some simple other games to play around with different gameplay mechanics. I'd like to set MF3 in the arctic and have the farming be in underground thermal caverns, maybe maybe it so that you can ride a whitehorn or snow wurm.
