Neither will do "real" ASMR as in tingle inducing one. Probably for the better anyway. There are really skilled people out there making professional ASMR videos who know a lot more about triggers and so on than they do.

What they do is "ASMR" like many holos do which usually means girls talking to you in a very soft or whisper-y voice. Some do funny mouth sounds or eat something and so on too, but basically 90% of the time when you read ASMR in a stream title from some vchuba girl just expect it to be her talking to you in a soft and feint voice.

I don't mind though. I really enjoy those.
Ame just needs to understand that people legit just enjoy hearing her talk, they love her voice. She doesn't really seem to get that yet and thinks she needs to do something special for it.
