No. Open the debug console and type in "Qol_Info_Dates_Array:[Charater ID]:Qol_Dates_Meet = [Day you want the Touhou to have first met you]".
ie: "Qol_Info_Dates_Array:34:Qol_Dates_Meet = 1" would make the game think Tenshi met you at day 1. Also Tenshi is ID 34, not 35.
