It's really just the fickle nature of the people in these threads. For a while she had the most dedicated fans along with Ame and Gura here. But then she fucked up the membership prices and perks which was a pretty bad mistake admittedly and pissed everyone off and this coupled along with her taking a while to properly learn how to address superchats led to people meming that she's greedy. When she plays more games and she grows in experience and changes her prices her popularity will rise again.
