I've been using this and shuffling around the order of the escort fleet ships, but it doesn't matter much when you can't even reach the boss. I'm guessing my equipment is all wrong and 15 people are about to jump in here to tell me I'm a retard and need to put guns on Ooi and reshuffle my plane order

I can't quite build full retard fleet since the only free CV I have left is Graf, but I could switch Yamashiro for Musashi if I really wanted to use up all my fuel in a hurry, but I don't know how much that would help. Also, all my OASW capable ships are locked to E1, unless Veriny with nothing but Type 4s is viable for E5.
