Should I use Nelson or Nagato for the touch thing or should I dismiss it altogether and go all out every time? The only two times when I had S was when using all out, but that was more luck than anything else.

Atm I'm using Nagato+Musashi and I'm struggling to kill the boss pre-LD. I'm running 2BB 1CA 1CV and Teste/Akitsumaru as fighter mules. For Nelson Touch my third set of guns would be Choukai as I've used Haguro on one of the earlier maps and Myokou is in the escort fleet carrying night equipment.
