That video is a compilation of all the making of segments in each version(Sa, Ku, Ra) of Sakura Gakuin's first album's limited edition DVDs. The episode two you're looking for is likely the team battle segment in the Ku version DVD, where they had a drawing contest, acting contest(Ayaka's team had to act being normal while eating sushi laced with wasabi, this is probably the eating contest you're talking about), and guess the gesture contest.
