Who said it was amazing? To me it looks like a typical collab work (mixed bag of artists + a few walls of text). But maybe it's a dream if you're into giantess stuff, I only got a copy because someone actually did a picture of Mai.

Anyway I'm not scanning it I hate doing that and won't do it well. There are people you can commission that will buy/scan things though.
