Byakuren has consistently occupied the very bottom of my sorter by "virtue" of selfishness, hypocrisy, glory-hounding, wilful ignorance and overall falsity.

I do, however, think that this makes her a very compelling and "human" character. I just loathe the traits exhibits and their actualisation in the series' events, that's all.
