Bogey and Yeti are the obvious choice, but there are some underrated ones.

>Greenworm - Can hug you in a bunch of different positions with ease due to her body being the way it is, also they have lots of little nubs to hug you with
>Wonderworm - You lose maneuverability of the regular Greenworm for breasts, which add a lot
>Holsts - best boobs in the game so naturally they can give you a nice pillowy hug
There's lots of choices that are good really. Yeti and Bogey are obviously made with hugging as their intention, but there are really no monster girls that would give bad hugs. Off the top of my head, only really Skeleton, Bubble Slime, and possibly Lava Golem would be kind of awkward.
