The constellations look silly and I don't like the way her outfit is split between red and blue. I don't like the hat. Fringes split down the middle are unappealing to me, too. Also, fan designs usually give her a body type that I dislike which has certainly influenced my opinion of her design, unfortunately. Though even without that I'd still dislike her design.
