The proper response to such cockdodgery from your GM is to declare that all parties involved are effectively dead already, then beat the villain half to death with the body of a dead nun before choking him to death by stuffing a dead puppy down his throat.

Inevitably the GM then says "lol you fall" at which point you say 'WELL LOOKS LIKE MY GOD WAS A FAGGOT THEN, GUESS I'LL BECOME A PALADIN OF [setting-appropriate god of pragmatic solutions.]"

And if the GM tries to disallow it, you flip over the game table, flip him the finger, and moonwalk out.
