I'm pretty sure you can set that as well in Design Character as well? Not full custom RBG pick, mind you. Same with hair length, and they show up in Character Profile as well. Can even pick eye and skin colour through Design Character, which kind of makes the skin pigmentation consumables useless too.

But I digress. The only things that eraMegaten doesn't have over K in that regard are all that info in one single screen, vaginal/anal tightness, and the active state of your pubic/armpit hair, really. Not to say I don't enjoy those sort of things; especially in most K-based eras where you can't create, much less use, your own portrait. Helps let you visualise things much better.
