I just got my old PSP 1004 repaired and wish to softmod it to run MH3rd.
BUT, and this is a very large but, I have no idea what I'm doing and don't feel like fucking up the process and gimping my PSP.
It's on 5.03 official with nothing fussy done to it, cherry you might say.

What kind of custom firmware do I need, and what official version does it require?

I wish not to ask /v/, I did earlier and it ended in a dubs thread after the fifth post. I trust you gentlemen more than them.
